When you submit Content to BizVerity, you confirm that:

  • Your Content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • You have the rights needed to grant BizVerity permission to display and use the Content on the platform

3) What to do if you believe your copyright is infringed

If you believe Content on BizVerity infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our copyright contact. We respond to valid requests and may remove or restrict access to the Content.

4) What to include in a copyright notice

Please include the following information so we can process your request quickly:

  • Your full name and contact details (email and phone)
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed
  • The exact location of the allegedly infringing Content on BizVerity (URL or clear identifying details)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5) Counter-notice (if content was removed by mistake)

If your Content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or you have the right to use the Content, you may submit a counter-notice. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the Content unless the complainant initiates legal action within the time required by applicable law.

6) What to include in a counter-notice

  • Your name and contact details
  • The Content that was removed and where it appeared on BizVerity
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the Content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Any supporting information explaining your rights to use the Content
  • Your physical or electronic signature

7) Repeat infringers

BizVerity may suspend or terminate accounts of users or businesses that repeatedly post infringing Content or repeatedly violate intellectual property rules.

8) Trademark complaints

If your complaint relates to a trademark (such as a business name or logo), please contact us with details. We may request proof of ownership or authority and take appropriate action under our platform policies.
