BizVerity (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides a review and business verification platform that helps users discover, rate, and share experiences with businesses and service providers (“Businesses”). By accessing or using BizVerity, you agree to these Business Terms.
BizVerity enables customers to post ratings and reviews, and allows Businesses to create profiles, display business information, and respond to feedback. BizVerity may also provide verification badges or credibility signals based on submitted information and platform checks.
To be listed or claim a profile, a Business must be a legitimate entity or sole proprietor operating lawfully in its market. We may request documentation to confirm identity, ownership, location, licenses, or contact details. We can refuse, suspend, or remove profiles that fail eligibility checks.
Businesses are responsible for keeping their profile information accurate and up to date, including:
Business name, location(s), contacts, and operating hours
Services/products offered and pricing ranges (if shown)
Licenses, registrations, or certifications (where relevant)
Misleading information, impersonation, or false claims may lead to restrictions or removal.
If BizVerity offers verification:
Verification indicates that certain details were checked at the time of review, not that the Business is “endorsed” or guaranteed.
Verification is not a warranty of performance, safety, or service quality.
Badges can be updated, paused, or removed if information changes or a Business no longer meets requirements.
Reviews reflect individual experiences and opinions.
Businesses may respond professionally and respectfully.
Businesses may report reviews that violate platform rules, but cannot demand removal simply because the review is negative.
Attempting to manipulate ratings (fake reviews, incentives for positive reviews without disclosure, review gating, intimidation) is prohibited.
Businesses must not:
Post fake reviews about themselves or competitors
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against users
Offer bribes or incentives to remove or change reviews
Misuse BizVerity branding, badges, or verification marks
Upload harmful content, malware, or illegal materials
If BizVerity offers paid features (such as premium profiles, ads, or verification services), terms for pricing, billing cycles, and renewals will be shown at checkout or within your plan details. Failure to pay may result in feature suspension.
Businesses retain ownership of their brand assets and content they upload, but grant BizVerity a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform for service delivery and marketing of BizVerity.
BizVerity may collect and process business and user data to operate the platform, prevent fraud, and improve trust signals. Where required, we handle personal data under applicable privacy rules and our Privacy Policy.

BizVerity is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:
The accuracy of all user-generated content
That a Business will gain customers, revenue, or rankings
That any interaction between users and Businesses will be satisfactory
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizVerity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may suspend or remove a Business profile, verification badge, or access to features if we believe there is fraud, policy violation, legal risk, or harm to users or the platform.
We may update these Business Terms from time to time. Continued use of BizVerity after changes means you accept the updated terms.
